Why ... Are the band "" Tool "" albums SO expensive ????

    Depends where you look I guess. If you are talking about HMV stores, then yeah you will pay through the nose for metal more often than not.

    Online is far cheaper.

    Ive checked play .com and cdwow and their both actually more expensive ..

    im just curious as to why there cds are at least 5-7 euro dearer than most other cds

    The same could be said for alot of Metallica albums a few years back, I'm not sure what they're like now but there was a while there when Metallica albums were €16+.

    I am not finding them a lot more expensive than other bands online to be honest. I reckon if you go into a bricks and mortar HMV tomorrow or into Tower, then you might see them at around the €20 mark.

    There was a time a couple of years ago when the whole Metallica back catalogue was between €8 and €12. i bought all my Metallica albums then!
