can i vrt a van with out having tax book

    i have a wee berlino ..looking take it tru only the chap i bought it off never sent me out the tax book.. i was told contact the dvla .. but i could nearly swear i took trough a car before with out the tax book... could some body please verify this for me .. because i can sell van monday if i get it sorted

    What's a tax book?

    If you're talking about a V5 then yes you can, but it's a lot of hassle!
