    Hi there,
I've just taken up the game using a friends old clubs. I bought a Spalding Stand Bag in Elverys today, I've taken it home, loaded the clubs, but I've no f******g idea how to carry it. I'll need to figure this out before I hit the course and get the mother & father of a slagging off the lads.
    Please help...

If it's the normal one strap kind, just hang it over your shoulder and put your arm through with the top pointing slightly upwards.

    Bit like this..

Or the bag the other way with the clubs pointing the same way your walking.

    Here's a better pic..

:DAaaaaahhhhhh, it all makes sense now. Turns out they had the straps on the wrong way in the shop.
    Thanks everybody for your help.
I've got a feeling that this is just the first of many cries for help that golf will force from me!
