Ipod cable/charger

Can anyone suggest a good ipod cable or mains charger. I went on Amazon and alot of the products have been poorly reviewed. I lost my usb cable ages ago and a 2 euro replacement from the local junk shop only worked for a week or 2.

Any suggestions of where to get one/brand etc? I'd like a mains charger but a usb would do me grand

I would have thought 20e was a bit expensive just for the cable but having rang Apple they have them at a rip-off of 28....even worse in Peats of Parnell St, 29.99 - rip off artists or what!
