    Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the and major changes were made to the defamation bill 2006 prior to the enactment of the defamation act 2009

    This is most unclear both textually and in terms of what you are looking for. There was no Defamation Act 2006. Use the search function.

    Yes, I am aware that there was no 2006 act if you read my post carefully you will find that I made reference to the 2006 Bill, I trust you know the difference.

    You might have to undertake this homework exercise yourself. The report of the Defamation working group would be a good starting point.
