    Hi Guys,

I have a meeting in Dublin City Centre tomorrow. It's been ages since I had to venture in. Does any one have any recommendations for the best location?

Really what I'm after is a café or similar with the possibility of a nice quiet private-ish area?

    Cheers,
    Dan.

Burlington...though its not quite the city centre but can be discreet depending where you can get seats. The Westbury or the Gresham have big seating areas in the foyer though the price of a tea or a coffee may hit you where it hurts!

Not sure if its what you're after, but the Bald Barista Cafe on Aungier St or Insomnia Cafe on Wexford St wouldn't be bad spots at all for this kind of thing.
Insomnia have free Wi-Fi but they've no sockets if your battery runs out!
Theree's lots of people in both places during the week having business meetings etc...
Also, the coffee in the Bald Barista is damn good and the place has a nice, relaxing feel about it.

If you're not hitting it between 12 and 3 the upstairs of kylemore in St Stephens Green has decent food and nice compy seats...not many of the nice seats though so you need to hit it when its quiet. Better value than a hotel or specialty coffee place but maybe not very businessy.

Cafe en Seine on Dawson St is more upscale, again to be quiet you need to hit it when not busy. Benefit of a full bar if you're inclined to offer the associate a drink ;)
