contacting ebookers?

    hi all does anyone have any ideas of how to contact e bookers customer service? i tried 01 4311311 but spent nearly 40mins on hold. i need to change the dates of my hotel/car reservations and the website doesnt allow this.. if i dont get through sooon i will be charged late cancellation penalties

    I'd imagine they're quite overloaded due to recent events. You'll have to sit tight and hold until they're available.

    I'd imagine it's cause of the whole volcano lark, I rang them last week (before the volcano) to try change a booking and was only on hold for a minute or two. It was the customer service number provided on the website, I'd say just keep trying seeing as time is of the issue. They're snowed under no doubt.

    ya im sure they's busy but honeslt anything over half an hour is a bit crazy ...was easier to call the different people direct
