He'll probably give you two aspirin and a sleeping tablet, I'd say.

I find that doctor doesn't care as long as he is paid and will give you a cert if you ask for one.

"i'll put you down as sick until next week. Is that ok with you?" Sure.

I was at a jazz show last week man. The trumpet player was amazing, right at the end of his second solo he played this sick note that sent shivers down my spine brother.

    Ouch that cat was ill.

I wouldn't recommend one if you have a headache though - it was pretty high-pitched.

Isn't that what doctors are for? If he/she doesn't you can buy one off the internet.

Say you've had a mirgraine, take about 2 days off work and that'll cover it. A simple headache wouldn't cut it with work I'd say.
