    Lonley Planet have been giving away all of their European guides free of charge to help people stuck in Europe. The offer ends today if anyone's interested in nabbing. Just go to the App Store and type in Lonley Planet.

    Good find OP, these Apps are fairly handy. Paid for the San Fran one last year, does the job.

    If you download the Lonely Planet Travel Guide app (free) you get the San Fran guide free. This app is a viewer for all guides so you won't have a scatter of them on your screen pages.

    You have to download these guides on your computer, the App store on the IPhone won't let you download over 20mb over 3G for some reason:confused:

    You can also download it onto your iPhone over wi-fi. Quicker and won't affect your data allowance.
