I passed my provisional a good few months ago. Never started to learn how to drive until now.

So what do I have to do next to get my full license? (stupid question i know :P )

I hear the test can take up to two months to just be issued one.

any help would be apprecaited :)

What do you mean by 'passed your provisional'?
Did you pass the theory test?

If it's your first Learner permit, you have to wait six months to sit the test, though you can apply for it at any time. In preparation, you should be having lessons with an ADI and/or an accompanying driver.
You are not allowed drive unaccompanied on a Learner permit.

I applied for the test mid-March and have a test date mid-May. The waiting time varies from centre to centre.

    Thanks for getting back :)
Sorry yes. Thats what I mean. I passed my theory test. I have my provisional license. Since last may actually. Just did nothing with it till now.

I am about to take my first lession next week. I already know the basics of how to drive a car. Thanks to my bro. But I need lessons of course.

Since it was May 2009 since I passed my theory test its over the six month wait as you say. How would I go about applying for my driving test?
... as you said, as i even heard. It can take up to 2 months on average. So my plan would be to take tests between now and then.

Again, Any help is appreciated :)

Call into your local road tax office, they'll have all the necessary paperwork.
