Not sure if I am posting this in the correct place, but I hope someone can help.

I purchased unlocking software from the following website:

    http://www.unlock-the-iphone.com/

Now as you can see they offer a full refund if their software doesnt work. I have contact them numerous times and all I get is automated message saying someone will get back to me but no one has.

Has anyone had the same experience with this website, and what have you done?

It's harsh but true. I wouldn't expect to see your refund any time soon, that automated response will stay automated. Please say at least that you paid by Paypal and didn't give them your credit card details?

cardquery.com seems to be another scam site, loads of complaints about it:

This is info about your first site:http://www.complaintsboard.com/?search=unlock-the-iphone.com&everything=Everything

If you paid through paypal, contact them and see if there's anything they can do. If you paid by credit card, contact your bank or cc company and see what they can do. Don't hold your breath though but do watch out for dodgy transactions on your cc over the next few months.

Did you actually download and install any software from them? If so, scan your computer for malware to be on the safe side. Download the free scanner from www.malwarebytes.org.

Next time do a quick google search on any company you are buying stuff online from, especially if what they are selling seems too good to be true.
