Ive had this TT for nearly 10 months now, i really only bought it to tide me over, and it has surprised me in how much i like it, reasonably quick, very nicely put together and handles very well,

obviously coming from an e46 m3 and then a 3.0si z4 coupe its a different kettle of fish and i will be letting it go over the next few months to get something a little more powerful,

Anyway ive taken care of it, came up well after the wash (had been waxed when i washed it previously so didnt wax this time)

    +1 on the colour,
you'd make a great car valeter however you probably couldn't afford a car like that as one..its pristine clean tho..lovely model, my mate bought a 02 TT 1.8 recently, i drove it last night, great power but feck all room in them really..even in the driver seat i was thinking it was cramped and im not exactly 6 foot.

Screw the car, I love your garage! Told herself when we emigrate to Poland and get a house there, it's gotta be a twin car garage at least.

Don't listen to the haters :p. It's a cracking looking car and looks as good as when you first posted it here. At least you won't have to worry about people pukeing in the back seats :pac:.

    Show off! :(

    Really love the TT.

It will be my next car but insurance won't cover me at the moment which is probably a good thing cos gonna try save up a few bob and splash out on one next year come renewal time. Never have anybody in back of my car anyway so don't care about space.

nice car Cyrus. Great clean. You kept it so well. Is there even a scratch on that car?

Love the colour and wheels combo.

    Looks mint:D

Nice car as usual Cyrus! I'm not mad on the colour though I think it's a bit soft for the aggressive looks of the car. My uncle picked one up too across the water and got a lovely spec on his, I think the colour and wheels really suit it. (Without meaning to hijack your thread)

It's bizarre really. I think the TT crosses the uncanny valley from "class" into "too pretty".

No. Four doors = Mans car. Two doors = Pornographers/Footballers/Hairdressers/Metrosexuals car.

Dead serious, ya know everything you read is true.

Oh FFS, it was a sweeping generalisation combined with my own personal views and a dash of stereotyping.

    various things :D

e92 335i, porsche 987 boxster or cayman s, maybe another e46 m3, not sure, something fast anyway :)

    Nice choices :)

I drive a 986 Boxster and will be selling it on soon. I had 2 E46 Coupes before the Boxster and found that they give so much trouble with the engine.... the Boxster is some car, not a problem with it since I bought it... and its cheaper to run than the 320ci.. I want to buy a E46 M3 next but Im afraid about anything going wrong with it... Did you have any dramas with yours?

Having driven both the above Porsches I can say that they are cracking cars, if you can stretch to a Cayman S you wont need another sports car for a while. Just make sure to get it in black with the black interior and of course with a manual gearbox.

I am not a big fan of the e46 M3`s I have heard all sorts of horror stories about the engines being a little soft but that could be all unfounded rumours.

yeah the boxster and the cayman are super cars, we'll see whats about when i move on,

i know a lot of people with m3s and have never heard any horror stories, most likely issues are to do with the smg gear box which can be pricey to have fixed

Cayman S would be my choice, Black with a nice dark tan interior.......

Loads of potential for tweeks and tuning as well.

He's gone down far enough. Time to get up again. I'll vote Cayman S too :D

cant wait to start looking again

I just coming aound to the idea that the cayman S is unbelieveable value. Its a proper porsche & can be had with tiny mileage in as new condition for high thirty thousands.

Ive been told that your average driver would possibly lap a circuit quicker in the cayman s than similar powered 911.
