    Hi all.

Just wondering does anyone know what the procedure is if your on job seekers benefit and an agency calls saying they have a days work next week ( a once off not a day every week).
Is there a form that is filled out and given in to the social welfare office etc .
I was talking to an agency who said they may have the odd days work here and there but would be very irregular .

Visit your SW office: they will put you on "dockets".

Instead of signing every month and picking up a payment every week, you'll need to fill in a docket every week saying what days you worked (which may be zero days some weeks) and submit it: on the basis of this, you'll be posted a cheque for the days that you didn't have work early the next week.

Thanks for the info hadnt heard of that before.
Can the docket be faxed in or posted in rather than having to physically go every week to the swo and drop it in .
