Was in the market for a nespresso machine & they cost in the region of €250 for the one with the milk aerochino (the "citiz").

Except here - http://www.kitchenutensils.ie - €175 delivered with a coupon for €50 free coffee from the nespresso club.

Mine was delivered at five & I've just had my first cup & it's gorgeous - goodbye starbucks!!

Same machine, but without the aerochino

The €2 milk whisks in the 2 Euro stores do the job just as well. Have an Aeropress at home and in work and use those cheapo whisks with both and they works great.

Get a sample (the dark green one is gorgeous) in Harveys or BT or Arnotts, then tell me that it's the same because this is the best Coffee I've ever had & I REALLY love my coffee

I'm with you IMax... the Nespresso is great!

Girlfriend got me the Krups XN2001 model for my birthday last December (though I actually got it in October! :D).. was £99 on Amazon. No Aerochino, but I have a milk frother.. and I typically have my coffee black anyways.

    2 things worth mentioning:

    1) if you bought it within the last 3 weeks, you should be eligible for a €50 voucher from Nespresso: http://mgm-spring.nespresso.com/index.php
    2) I don't know if the offer is still running.. but if it's your first order, you might be able to order the 250 various capsules + Free Discovery Box off Nespresso.com

    Enjoy it!

I think this is the same kind of idea as above, but a little cheaper.

It doesn't quite look as snazzy, but the tasimo is a really cracking system.

Funnily enough, my girlfriend got that for me :)

The capsules are sold in Tesco and cost approx €4 per pack, which works out at about 25c a cup.

The coffee / tea / hot chocolate that it makes is fantastic.

Thanks IMAX. Logged onto the kitchenutensils website and got the machine delivered just in time by the looks of it - prices have gone up to 220Euro(still cheaper than most websites). Really surprised to see an Irish website/shop with good deals. To note did you see the Soda Stream brings back memories

Have you actually had yours delivered? When did you order? Ordered Wednesday a week ago and the guy rang up to say that they were out of stock and expecting more stock next week.

Have to say bought a Nespresso machine 2 years ago and now it is the only coffee I will drink. It comes out perfect everytime and it so simple to use and quick and easy and with very very little cleaning required. Since I got mine 3 of my siblings also bought them.

I've had a couple of them a day since getting it (not to mention doing them for visitors & it's incredible stuff. Consistent & flavourful (even had some iced coffees some days).

€220 is still €30 cheaper than instore

Ya had mine delivered but the guy in the shop did ring ahead to say that all they had left was the store display model. He did give me the option to hold on for the same model same price when that delivery came in but I didnt mind and took the display one.

no its that one with a milk frother built into the same base but in black. My buddy rang yesterday tring to order one but the shop guy said that he had so many orders for the one I got that he didnt order enough and is goin to be out of stock until he gets next order. I'd say that just just espresso/americano but you can buy a milk frother for a fiver these days

Not sure what the price is in the Nespresso Boutique in Brown Thomas currently, but I got a Magimix M100 back in Jan 2010 for €138 and this included a €50 Nespresso Club Credit which could be used to buy the Aerochino or used for ordering capsules online..

Can't seem to find an online price link to the Nespresso Boutique though..
