Basically I'm in Clonmel next week for two days for business and am looking for a cheapo hotel- nothing fancy at all, basic clean with a shower and telly :) Everywhere on the net seems really fancy and expensive. Morans westgate Irishtown Clonmel, its a b&b and meets your needs. Its near the westgate and above a pub.
Its very popular and clean and tidy.
