Not really sure if I got it right here. Is it 15 quid for what amounts to 2 bamboo sticks painted red/yellow/blue?
I have never seen or heard of them before is there something different about them that I am missing?

Why not align a 4 iron to your feet while practising your aim.

Ok, i get the idea of plonking the sticks into the ground, and getting the arc of your swing in shape, but who would do this on a course? maybe its something some people use a practice area, but if i seen someone with em in their bags, id think it hideous.

I reckon its a good aid for lessons, so a pro could make great use of it, but us amateur / weekend golfers etc i think its probably not needed.

This is a perfect example of how club golfers are going way over the top these days.

Would you not just get two old golf shafts or something and stick them in the ground? They'd do exactly the same job and could be gotten easily. Failing that, get two old irons and ram the heads in the ground and push the shafts up so that they stand straight. Robert's your father's brother.

I made my own ones from tent poles. They collapse down really small as there is elastic rope linking them all together. Just had a few old dome tents in the attic.

Also made my own flag as our range at the course doesnt have one.

All really handy & very light weight. Fits in yer practice bag easy too. Best part is it costs nothing to make.

yes pretty much 2 bamboo canes painted!! they arnt designed for swing planes really you'll hurt yourselff if they shatter as they are just plastic. PSP is designed for plane, its 2 inflatable poles but its mega buks to get one.

look theyre good but in reality put your 3 and 4 iron on the ground they will do the same thing, most people never use them anyway!!

Just because some club golfers take their sport more serious than others shouldnt mean its taking it way over the top !!

I dont have two old irons, nor would I ram their heads off, think for 15 euro or so I would rather just buy the training aid. Dont see the big deal and at the end of the day if the pro uses these on a daily basis most club golfers should certainly be using them. Thats if you want to improve. If you want to just hack about fine each to their own but think its far from over the top
