Suppose I am buying small packets, shoebox size, from China......and the price I am paying for each is around $200.....suppose I order one on Monday, one on Tuesday, one on Wednesday, etc.......what are the chances that EVERY BOX will find itself being subject to customs duty and inspection upon arrival, where I am using DHL/UPS/TNT etc to ship from China?

As soon as the first one of them is picked up and opened and flagged as (illegal/duty-liable) it is likely your address will be flagged and similar packaged intercepted.

Yes, but suppose I am moving in volume, with lots of "Small" packages coming in? If they stopped everything they would be backed up and would never get to check anyone elses!!

Also, what about samples? Do you have any idea how the 24 month exception works where you intend to ship the sample back out of the country?

    Thanks.
