I'm moving from Galway to Dublin - will my JSA be stopped in order for me to re-apply

I'm looking to move from Galway to Dublin to hopefully get a better chance at getting work. I'm on Jobseekers Allowance here - what's the procedure for me to do this? Do I have to sign off and then back on (as my means will invariably be slightly different) or is it fairly straightforward? Where would I collect my allowance when I go to Dublin (ie - right after moving, but before I have a permanent address) ... thanks!

Hi, I'm in the same boat but rather Longford-Dublin, the SW told me to go to the local office in Dub when I move and my file will be sent from Longford to Dublin Office.
Hope that helps some, if you ring your local office they will tell you.
Good luck with your move :)
