    I was involved in an car accident. I have a solicitor who im not very happy with. He has mislaid things, and never returns my calls. The case is going through P.I.A.B (personal injuries board), and is near conclusion. How much should i have to pay the solicitor? The accident occured at the end of 2007. If i feel his price is too much, can i have it questioned by an authority? How is his bill broken down?

    Please contact the Law Society. You might also consider chatting with another solicitor to see whether or not what you were billed for was proportionate and correct.

    I don't believe you should post any further information on this forum, in relation to the detail. I will leave it open though for the time being in case anyone else has a contribution?
