    Hows it going, do any of you guys go out on organised spins at the weekend?

    I was getting back into the sport a year or so ago but picked up a long term injury and now starting from square one again. Fitness wise I'm in good shape from running, the problem is the lack of miles in the legs. Was in a club long time ago and bit reluctant to just turn up at club spins as I know some members can have a problem with people turning up adhoc

    Like yourself in the foothills of the Dublin mountains, I dont mind driving to meeting points if they're on the south side of the city or bray direction

    Great stuff.... I run the leisure section of Thinkbike.ie a small newly formed club run out of a bikeshop in Rathmines by the same name,

    We run spins for both beginners and advanced leaving shop at 9 and 10 Sat / Sun respectively.

    You are more than welcome to join us this weekend for one of our spins .

    Advanced spin would typically be between 80 - 120 k

    nice one thanks, unfortunately this sunday is out for me, so hopefully tag along the following week
