Take it to a dry cleaner. If anyone can get the stain out, they can. I wouldn't hold my breath though.

Also tell them whatever you tried.

Depending on what material it's made from a mixture of vinegar and baking soda should get it out. Downside is it doesn't smell the best.

Yep. Mix it with the baking soda. Just add small amounts because it does fizz up and you don't want it going all over the place. :)

If you think it might be ruined I'd try some jif mousse(or cif, whatever its called now). I've managed to get a few things sorted with it, never caused more damage but I dont want you to be ruining your hoodie if it wasnt gonna work!! Also there is a stain devil for markers I'm sure!

If the dry cleaners can't do anything for it bring it to a tailor. I have had a few cig burns and bad stains in clothes before and I have just covered the hole/stain with a piece from the extra fabric in the top.

    Hi,

You could try nail varnish remover, I had a blue pen that leaked inside my bag  (cloth), I put nvr on it, let it soak in (it changes colour a bit), then dab it several times with a damp cloth. It worked for me, got it out completely! Alternatively, you could try alcohol, though not as effective. Worth a try anyway.

This stuff is pretty good: http://www.coconut-oils.net/tropical-traditions-oxygen-bleach-p-88.html?osCsid=0tcp65glpam4rgsg9chbkf6ir6

It's basically an oxygen "bleach" but it's not bleach, it doesn't discolour or anything. I've used it on a few things with pretty good results!
