looking for musicians/songwriters/producers (cork)

    hey, I am a female vocalist/writer (23) based in Cork
    my influences include: joy division,grace slick, lou reed, new york dolls, roxy music, grateful dead, sonic youth, the knife, Blondie, the flaming lips, peaches, royksopp, trentemoller, bat for lashes, aphex twin, new young pony club, ellen allien, nathan fake,**** buttons, crystal castles, lcd soundsystem, massive attack, bonobo and so on...

    i'm attempting to put a band together through lack of finding an original project with with a similar interest/genre. I do not consider this a bad thing i'd just like to meet similar minded people and hopefully throw some ideas around.. I do not play myself but have worked with musicians/producers in the past and have alot of ideas, i also write lyrics.

    I am not entirely sure on the direction of the band until i can get enough people together. I would be looking to do some kind of live /electronic crossover type deal. my influences are extensive and i'm very open to ideas and finding a distinctive or somewhat unique sound.

    looking for creative/driven musicians, producers, synth/samplers, vocalists........ anyone who writes, plays or is interested basically. a joint input and to take it from there.
