    I'd never say no;) lol

If you were looking for a photographer to travel abroad for your wedding you do realise you would most likely have to pay the travel costs.

I would say most would agree to travel so long as it doesn't conflict with existing bookings etc. We have two abroad in 2011, one in London and the other in the US.
The best thing to do is narrow down the potential list of phototographers by viewing the websites and then contact the ones you like to see if they are willing to travel and if they are free for the specific dates.

The best of luck with it all.

I have done weddings in Denmark, UK & tons & tons in Ireland.

I am looking to expand my international portfolio so would welcome the chance to chat.

I booked a Polish Photographer to come to our wedding in Italy. His rates are reasonable, even including a ryanair flight and 2 nights accommodation!

His stuff is fantastic in my opinion and he's won countless awards! Can't wait to meet him in a months time, he has been great to deal with so far!!

hi there. here is a photographer who will travel abroad.
I have used him for communion photos and he has a fantastic way with people. His wedding style of photography is excellent and the best i've seen in years.

For me as a wedding photographer doing session abroad would be a welcome job. I'd agree to give a discount just to experience a different environment. I've already had weddings is different countries and would like to add few more to the list! :)

Just out of curiousity, why would you want an Irish photographer abroad?

Surely it'd be better to get someone who knows the place really well (and lives there)? A friend got married in Lanzarote a while ago and the photographer knew secluded beach areas and indoor areas with great backgrounds for taking shots in. Took a bit longer than just taking photos at the church, but the photos look a great.

Seen as things are generally more expensive in Ireland than other countries (obviously depending on where you go) an Irish photographer is likely to want more than one abroad, add to that the cost of travel and accomodation, etc.

Just doesn't really make sense to me!? Unless you already have your heart set on a particular Irish Photographer, and want to approach him/her about travelling with you?..
