Basically, got a separation over a year ago in circuit court. Maintenance was agreed on condition that my ex would go halves on all educational needs for our 3 children. This part was an oral agreement as my solicitor said it was common knowledge that school fees etc were not included in maintenance. Problem is now , my ex is refusing to pay any costs including towards my eldest child who will be starting college soon. Im wondering how i go about getting an increase in maintenance and where to go to get it. Do i have to go back to the original court or will the local district court do ?
