Transfer ipod touch music to my computer

    Hey guys,Just got my ipod touch from ebay.Theres songs left on it.Just wondering how I can transfer them to my computer.I know how to do it with ipod classic as it shows up on my computer and you view hidden files etc.Been looking on youtube and cant find a way to do it without downloading software or getting an app from the app store.Any idea how to do this without downloading anything.IfI download an app I'll have to sync it to the touch to use it and that will wipe the memory I think.
