    Would I be also qualified to teach in primary schools in the USA?

    You need to have a four year qualification to be accepted to teach in most of the US. Give a look at the VIF programme website. I think that a 3 year qualification is accepted in California, but only if you can teach Spanish too. It's very difficult to get a job in the US unless you go through VIF. The 3 year degree is considered a pass degree, but if you do the 4 year B.Ed. (I'm not sure if it's just Marino or just Froebel that offer it over 4 years) you'll be allowed to teach in more states (but it's still difficult to get a job in the US).
