Hello I'm really looking for some opinions. I'm a 21 year old female in college full time and
I work at the weekend. I'm involved in some organisations and enjoy excercise. I'm really
struggling to cope with everything in my life and I'm feeling exhausted. I have friends and
a wonderful boyfriend who wants us to spend a lot of time together. I have seen a Dr. and
health wise everything is good. I eat healthily and keep fit but I am feeling very stressed
and tired so any tips on how you cope with the stress in your lives? I would be grateful
    for any advice.

I know you said you eat well but maybe try a b complex it helps you release the energy from your food might give you a bit of a boost, also maybe you just need a little "you" time, sounds like your all go go go! relax for a bit;)

Get yourself some Smart fats MOR EPA omega capsules. They will give you a general energy boost. I swear by them, the are the only omega capsules i take nowdays. Also, buy yourself some Innocent smoothies or make your own with 3 or 4 pieces of fruit. Drink 1 per day preferably in the morning. Keeps me going until lunch or well after.

Maybe you've taken on too much? You might need to say No to some things, or just take a break from some activities, especially if you have exams. Google stress management.
