Letting Property: Basics?!?

    Don't know if these questions have been answered already...

    I'm thinking about letting a small property in Dublin, but am interested in the potential pitfalls that others may have experienced. I'm unsure where the law stands if you have a problem tenant you want to evict (if they have been in the property over three years don't they have automatic entitlements?)

    Also, any idea of letting agents are the right way to go, and what sort of charges having your accounts audited will entail (I have heard E5,000 being quoted :eek:)
