    lost one of my keys to my toyota hi ace van and lookin to get one cut so i have a spare ,anybody know how much and where i cud/should go ! thanks!!

    Where in the country are you?

    Or Simply try your good locksmiths who will supply a fully recoded key for your vehicle.

    Bring proof of ownership the VIN and if you are unsure call ahead and ask the guy what to bring with you.

    depends how old your van is, if it's an old one you could get a barrell and key from a breakers very easily.

    the new (well, last 14 years now!) shape ones have immobilisers.

    Between 65 and 95 euro for a new key.Should have transponder chip.If no transponder chip 7 euro.Any decent locksmiths will have cloner to do these.if you lose the last key you are looking at 400 euro to get it going again.:eek:

    can anyone recommend a locksmith who will code a key for me for a toyota.. Ive lost the master key and only have a key that will open boot and door.. Wont start engine.. Thanks
