My lease was up back in March and the landlady allows me to pay monthly as she knows that I am jobseeking and will be moving out the minute I find somehting either at home or abroad. Hi all,

Just a quick question. I wish to apply for rent supplement but I do not have a lease. My lease was up back in March and the landlady allows me to pay monthly as she knows that I am jobseeking and will be moving out the minute I find somehting either at home or abroad.

How does this fare when applying for the rent supplement? Or should I ask my landlady for a temp lease? I dont want to be messing her around either.

Anyone have any experiences of this?
