right I was gonna post this in the Australia Forum but it is CT related

Carl Williams - Melbourne Psycho Drugbaron and fatcrazy murderer ( see TV series Underbelly)

AAAAAANYWAY, this mornin they had an article in the news about how the Vic cops were payin for his daughters Private School education, this afternoon Carl Wlliams was beaten to death with a bit of an exercise bike, even tho Carl was kept in Solitary??????????

Was he in solitary confinement at the time? According to this it happened in the excercise yard. It says he was unsupervised at the time though, which is odd.

Dirty Scumbag or not, we live in a country governed allegedey by the rule of law, this is extrajudicial killing, corruption is rife at every level of policing in this county, the theory is that He needed to be silenced.

Maybe the timing of the "private schooling" story coming out was used to maximum effect to hide the real reason somebody wanted him dead, ala the information on corruption.

"I think it would be quite unnecessary and quite inappropriate use of taxpayers' money to have a royal commission.

it matters not a fvck who he was in my opinion, the circumstances of his death demand an independent enquiry, 2 of the 3 organisations investigating it currently have vested interests in silencing this story.

Deputy corrections commissioner Rod Wise said Williams' alleged attacker and another prisoner notified prison guards after he was bashed with the stem of an exercise bike.

"He was attacked in the day room. His body was found near that,'' Mr Wise told Fairfax Radio.

"The two prisoners were co-operative. They were in the (Acacia) unit with the body.''

Mr Wise said guards were likely not to have been monitoring closed-circuit television footage at the time of the incident.

...............IT TOOK prison officers 25 minutes to find a bleeding and dying Carl Williams in his top security cell at Barwon Prison.

The Herald Sun can reveal the security lapse is being investigated by Victoria Police and Corrections Victoria.

A source said police and prison bosses were stunned to discover no jail officer was aware Williams had been bashed until 25 minutes after he was attacked with the steel stem of an exercise bike just before 1pm on Monday.

The attack was caught on CCTV cameras intended to enable guards to monitor inmates.

Its one or the other, it cant be both, Watch as this is covered up, or just ignored and joked about til it goes away.

Vic Police have some Serious questions to answer, as do the Paper that ran the initial story.
