I actually applied to a logistics manager job at one point but it was done through a recruitment Agency and i only learned t was for lidl after the fact when they followed up with me so if what they did with me was standard procedure then they hire through recruitment agencies

I found out it was for lidl and decided against going for the interiew :S I understand working for lidl can be pretty horrific and I only really applied for it because I hadn't heard anything from other applications so I was getting worried but by the time they were seeing they wanted to interview me I felt things weren't as bleak as I first thought

yeah they seemed to be fairly full of it. You man was young but he seemed like he would end up a bully. never really explained what they were looking for in a candidate or how they picked them.

    it was odd

then the weird feeling I was getting about the whole set - up was on the money, sorry to hear that it was kind of a time waste for you though
