JobSeekers Backpayments

    Hi All

    Can anyone give me an idea of how long is the wait for backpayment for JSB. My claim finally came through on 29th March after waiting over 14 weeks (they lost my claim in the office apparently). I am owed for 12 weeks.. it will be 4 weeks this week. If it does not come is it worth going into the office

    Yes keep at them, you are entitled to that money if you were successful with your claim which you were

    Was on JSB for a period last yr. I was also entitled to back payments and they were taking ages about it. Contacted my local office and asked for the manager's email address. Was sorted the same day..... hope you get sorted.
