I think Corsodyl has blackened my teeth. Options?

I was having severe gum bleed issues until recently when I had a complete teeth clean at the dentist, followed by one month of Corsodyl mouth wash twice a day. Now that the bleeding has stopped, I will stop using the mouth wash, but have been left with a noticeable discoloration of my teeth (especially at the gum level and in the gaps between the teeth). I liken my teeth now to those of a pretty heavy smoker actually! There is no warning on the Corsodyl that it can do this!

I would like to get my once white teeth back but without paying a few hundred quid for teeth whitening. Any thoughts please?

Less than a week of normal brushing will get rid of it.....

Go back to your dentist and ask for the stains to be polished off. Takes about 10 mins.

corsdyl does discolour ur teeth if used too often and twice a day for a month is too long. a week is long enough

Try Kin mouthwash instead reduced staining problem side effect imo

    +1
A regular dentist clean will get rid, there's no need for whitening

I had the same problem, I went to the hygenist for a clean and it made a big difference!
