    I would have left the bikes on the ferry and walked off as a foot passenger, leaving the Norfolk Line to get rid of them

    Yeah, so would i. I mean they're hardly going to leave you stranded ON the boat if you refuse to cycle off. I suppose it's funnier if they are made cycle off though!

    Yeah, because there's no easy way to dispose of a bicycle on a cross-Channel ferry. :pac:
