Cheap hotel in Limerick

    Hi,
I'm searching for a stay in Limerick of about 2 or 3 nights.

I was wondering if anyone here tried or knew of some options. Hotels, hostels, B&Bs, all fine. I really just need a place to sleep, nothing fancy, it just has to be cheap. So far the lowest fares I found are in the 40s of EUR a day, which seems crazy high to me.

So if you know of some place in the 10-15s a night, possibly near Colbert station, it would be great.

    Thanks

Hi, you're talking about this hotel?
    http://www.expedia.com/pub/agent.dll/qscr=dspv/htid=788399

Prices look high. I'm probably more likely to get a hostel or B&B considering my price range.

On a different note, if you know that area, have you any idea why hotels are so expensive? I honestly don't think Limerick is likely a high-tourism area. Is it because of the Shannon airport?

    Thanks

Don't think there's anywhere in the country for the price you're saying - well, maybe a dorm in a hostel. or try couch-surfing....

A B&B for 40 quid in this country is cheap.
