When you say A4 paper, do you mean it will be folded to A5? Or how do you join the pages together?

i mean A3 folded in half then stapled together in a booklet

It could be coming up expensive depending on how you are giving it to them. If you have printed it yourself though and it has worked out ok, that should not be too much of a problem. Presumably you are making it clear you want it printed digitally? What program is it made in?
