    Dublin based band looking for an experienced guitarist to complete a 4-piece line-up! Current members are aged between 23-27, so someone in that range would be preferable!

    Our Influences: Mainly stuff from the Stoner Rock, 60's - 90's Hard Rock, Phycadelic, Blues genres.

    What we're looking for:

    * Commitment to weekly rehearsal
    * Experience both live & in the studio
    * Decent equipment, own amp, head + cab, etc.
    * Someone who has decent songwriting skills & has good use of his/her effects, distortion, Wah, etc...
    * Someone who is ok with playing in E Standard tuning (We're fed up with low tunings, that we have played down threw the years)
    * 18+
    * Own transport a plus but not vital
    * Backing vocals a plus but again not vital

    As this is a brand new band, no previous material has been wrote and a permanent rehearsal studio hasn't been confirmed. But of course that'll be sorted when the line-up is complete. We have NO interest in doing covers and are looking to get started in May.

    If you're interested in having a jam or have any questions please email me

    soconnor85@gmail.com

    We're basically looking for a Brant Bjork kinda player, someone who wants to play chilled out grooves/blues with the odd up-tempo rockin out!

    Cheers

    damn sounds like a perfect gig for me. unfortunately i'll be down in tullamore all summer. also i'm 19 and have limited studio experience (just some home recordings). i'd still be very interested in having a little jam, would you up for that, considering i couldn't actually join?

    have my own tube amp, jazzmaster, pedals, i never stray beyond E, drop D or open G and i absolutely adore fuzz. not a big fan of brant bjork after kyuss (nick and josh is where it's at) but i quite like the stoner rock/sludge genre as a whole (electric wizard, boris, sabbath, melvins, reverend bizzare, earth, etc..).

    Hi there. I'm a musician currently looking band and would like to find out more.

    What kind of hours and schedule do you have in mind?
    Where are you based?
    How long has the band been established?
    Do you have any recordings I can hear?

    I'm a full time musician. Guitar and clarinet are my main instruments but I play a few others also. I played in 10 piece soul/funk band for 3 years on clarinet and backing vocals. Since I finished up with that band last November I'h been concentrating on guitar and have a nice customized analog multifx setup and a nice Marshall Valve/Solid state hybrid amp.

    I have experience on stage and in the studio and I am also a sound engineer, mainly studio work.

    I love old school 60'/70's rock, blues funk, classical, basicly most kinds of music, as long as it has real feeling. I also teach music and have been playing most of my life. I'm 27 and live near Dublin city center. If you like I can email you some tracks I'h worked on.

    Chers.
