With 9 weeks left I'm starting to panic about maths. Half of me feels that Grinds would be a good idea but the other half doubts that I'd get a lot done in 9 weeks.

I'm also thinking about the cost and whether it would be worth it for such a short period of time. I'm in HL maths and am sticking with it because all the teachers are like "if you think you could at least pass at the HL course then give the exam a try" :D

    I think you should.
If your struggling with it you defo should!
You will get some things done, maybe cover the parts that are giving you most trouble.
To get something done in 9 weeks is better than to get nothing done in 9 weeks, IMO

I think it's worth a shot anyway, especially if you're at risk of failing! You'll be surprised what you can get done in 9 weeks and the hard work will probably pay off when u get your results in September!

Go for it, money-matters aside, it can't hurt ;) A different teacher could also have a better or more straight forward way of explaining something, and you never know, it might all just 'click'

Found myself in a similar position to you after the mocks, but I decided to drop down to ordinary level, it's still slightly but I'm not worrying as much I was. But studying is easier each night knowing I don't have to worry so much.

But it also depends on what you're struggling on aswell, if it's algerbra, then you might as well stay up. Personally I was struggling on nearly everything so I thought it best to drop down.

Also, knowing the thereoms on paper 2 will help you IMMENSELY. Knowing the thereoms will get you a pass on paper 2. Fact. It got me my pass on paper 2 in the end.

Just consider these. And talk to your parents and teachers about it. Chances are that if youre a good student and don't mess in class, they'll try and make you stay up, and if you're a messer, don't expect a begging teacher.

    Hope I helped.
