    Hi,
Does anyone know once planning is granted and you start to take up residence, how many years is required to live there before selling if
    you chose to do so?

Have emailed offaly planning but to no avail.

    Cheers

Was on the offaly planning site before I emailed the planning section I'm afraid.

If anyone could help be great.

Apologies. For clarity, is this an existing or proposed residence?

Can anyone clarify, what would happen if you sold the house say in the 6th year of residence or is this not possible in any way shape of form.

    Cheers;)

Nobody would buy it if there was a residence restriction on it.
