Anyone see the Fantasy Festival Punchestown being run by The Star ?

You select one horse per race for each of the 12 races shown

€2 for one selection
€4 for two selections
€5 for three selections

Worth a go when the prize fund is €5000 (€2000 for person in 1st place)

Just joined the The Star fantasy Punchestown racing today.

Had the first winner in Blackstairsmountain @ 5/1 & double double @ 6/1 who was second = 6.2 pts after 2 races.

If anyone had Divine Rhapsody they got 33 pts for that race.... could have this won already.:)

I have twist magic & Jadanli to wrap things up today... fingers crossed.

Anyone else on board???

I'm in that as well, had Blackstairmountain, Earl Quarter and China Rock so not a bad start, can anyone tell me how the leader has 39.2 pts, I have tried to calculate it this morning but can't....

Looks like a slight misprint in the paper on the ODDs for Race 1
They should be as follows:

__1st___Blackstairmountain 5/1
___2nd__Flat Out 6/1
____3rd__Sweeps Hill 8/1

As you have probably seen the rules are:
- If your horse comes 1st - you will receive the points matching the SP
- If your horse comes 2nd/3rd you will receive one-fifth of the points from the SP
- If you have the winning horse on a Star Choice Race you will receive Double points from the SP

The current leader has 39.2 points based on the following results:
___Race 1: Winner - Blackstair @ 5/1 = 5 points
___Race 2: Second - Double Double @ 6/1 (1/5 of odds) = 1.2 points
___Race 3: Winder - Golden Silver @ 12/1 (Double Points Star Choice) = 24 points
___Race 4: Winner - Kempes @ 9/1 = 9 points
Total of 39.2 points

Cheers, thought the odds on race one were misprinted alright but the other thing that was confusing me was the double points, they have the cup beside the bumper results! It all means that I am on 7.8 and a long way behind the leader!
