    Hi there,

    have a brand new, 3 bed flat, 2 doubles, 1 single to fill this may and onwards.

    Mainly looking for second year tcd students as the rest of the flat will have the same.

    Sorry for not getting back, had annual exams and got way distracted.

    Flat is €500/month plus €50 or so for utilities.
