    Sunday 18 April

    10am
Match 4 – Marco Fu v Martin Gould
Match 11* - Mark Allen v Tom Ford

    2.30pm
Match 5 – Ali Carter v Jamie Cope
Match 13* - Mark Selby v Ken Doherty

    7pm
Match 6* - Joe Perry v Michael Holt
Match 14* - Stephen Hendry v Zhang Anda

I'm really hoping Ken can find some of his magic and get Mark on the ropes early on today.

Realisticly he has to win 3 out of the first 4 frames to give himself any chance, Selby is hitting the ball very well and has punished Ken for his surprisinly loose safety play last night. No pressure on Ken now anyway so he can really have a go this afternoon, no joy and it's the commentary box and studio for him for the next 16 days.

Decent bit of a comback from Tom Ford here, early doors but he's won the first two to make it 8-3.

The more I look at it, the Carter vs Cope match looks tougher to call.

The crafty git still finds a way to get a decent pay cheque at the end of the tournament. :D

Poor Ken losing 10-4, I really taught he could get past selby and have a decent world championship. :(

He did well just to qualify for the last 32, but it just shows the gulf in class between the top boys and the players outside the top 8.
Ken made too many mistakes and players of the class of Selby will always punish you. He'll be dissappointed too because his normal rock solid safety game just wasn't there in the match.

Gutted Ken is out already, but a draw v Selby was always going to be a huge task. Fingers crossed for O'Brien but I fear for him against Robertson.

Hopefully Higgins makes it all the way.

Wow, Hendry with a big game on 8-7 down. Zhang is looking decent right now.

Ken played two terrible safety shots... Zhang gave hendry some scare!

Hendry the auld git, he looked more amazed than relieved that he got through at the end.
