Electric Drums Problem!

I own a Fame DD-8000 e-drums. I have them for 2 months, the guarantee is past a while now. Ok, the problem is that, i turn it on plug earphones or amp into it and play away, after 1 or 2 minutes (sometimes straight away) it produces a loud fuzzing sound which destroys the drum beat sounds. i think its faulty or something. Everything is 100% connected properly etc. but if anybody can recommend anything please do!:(

Did you try turning them off and back on again?

Seriously though, is it like the 602 in that it has stereo outs and headphone outs? And if you hook up the stereo outs, does it still buzz?

Can you give us a little more information please?
Does the noise start if you don't play on the drums at all?
Are there any other electrical appliances on in the room or nearby when you are playing?
Is the noise intrusive or in the background?
The more info you can provide us with the easier it may be to come up with a solution.

turning them on and off again doesn't help. even resetting it. the nuisance just continues. in no way is it the buzzing from the jacks. the noise is more like the strange noise jodie foster hears thru her headphones in the movie contact. like a fuzzing hall sound effect.

    Sometimes amp?

    Both.

If i left the drums over night and turned them on the next day without actually played them and turned up the amp, their would be no noise atall. clean. i just tested today to play a midi song to see does the noise come on, and about a minute and a half into the midi song it starts happening. got tick and turned them off.
