    It's down everywhere - Castlewhite, Western Gateway, Brookfield and the Boole :(.

    I need to study and I can't now, also life in Castlewhite is sooo boring without internets ! I am doing Computer Science, this is like hell ! :(

    Also it's not going to be back until Monday, I just rang the IT helpdesk a few hours ago.

    You'd think they'd have sent somebody out by now!

    If you stand in a very particular way in castlewhite, with the computer balanced on your knees, you can get a network called SH_Public that you can use. I don't know what or where it comes from, but it was nice to have wireless for a few minutes.

    Anyway, back now for IE, not working on firefox I don't think.

    It still isn't right i dont think, my laptop has vista and i'm only able to use IE to get onto the internet, not Firefox or Chrome, equivilent to torture IMO :rolleyes:

    Was broken last night in Castlewhite again as well, with all browsers. Very annoying !

    The browser itself doesn't matter as long as the right proxy settings are specified.

    The wireless is great in the sense that it's fast and uncapped albeit restrictive, but there are times when its far more trouble than its worth.
