Just wondering who pays the management fee when someone gets a apartment of social housing? My sister lives in an apartment in Bray and there is someone junkie for got a social house in her block? I doubt this guy can even write his own name never mind pay a management fee?
Is this also paid for them or do other residents in the development have to cover it?

This would be paid for either by the resident or by Social Welfare. It would not be paid by the other shareholders.

It most certainly is. And every other taxpaying mug in this country.

Social housing is administered by councils, thus they pay the management fees. On a positive note, at least councils tend to pay management fees, which is often more than can be said for other owners
