Can anyone advise what i could expect to pay for a CNC laser Cutter / plasma cutter to cut steel / stainless?

Thickness of the sheet will only be 1.5mm

The sheet size i will be cutting from will be an 8 x 4

Guy I used to do maintenance for had 5'6"x6m plasma with hypertherm unit capable of 1" steel, going from memory initial cost was in region of 100k, most of this was for the bed, think €60k with rest for hypertherm and extractor

I'm not an expert on this, but I recall having a conversation with an engineer that worked for a company with a plasma cutter. IIRC plasma cutters have a tendancy to give a "burnt" finish near the cuts on stainless.
