You would be better off getting one new on Ebay and getting someone competent to fit it, takes about 20 mins.

I,ve baught a few screens from that seller and never had a problem with them , quick delivery too. Make sure you get the proper screen for your dell as the brightness control may not work if you don't use the proper one.
