Just had a very confusing conversation with Sky Ireland about upgrading to SKY+HD. Can someone please confirm?

With a normal Irish Sky card, are BBC HD, C4 HD and ITV HD all currently possible (albeit tunable in 'other' channels)?
Is there any likelihood that any of them will be put on the epg this year?

    Thanks
    Paul

Those HD channels are freely available to anyone with a HD receiver(be it sky or not). AFAIK.

Very unlikely that they will soon be on the EPG imo

they are tunable on other channels (except C4 as mentioned), but you need a HD box to watch afaik

i.e. you can watch them even if you dont have a HD subscription but have HD box
