    Hey Guys,
I am just wondering if anyone would have a copy of the above titled lecture delivered by Justice Denham in November 2009, or would know of a website where I could find it?
It was an event of the Irish Society of European Law and I know it is possibly on their site but, it requires a membership fee :(
    Thank you :)

I'm afraid that if it were on their website, Google would have picked it up, even behind any pay barrier. It looks like it's not available anywhere online - have you considered contacting the Irish Society of European Law directly?
